At PORCIA, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you may request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility

  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and undamaged.
  • All original tags, labels and packaging must be intact.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or returned without their original tags may not be accepted.
  • Items purchased on sale or marked as final sale may be non-returnable or non-exchangeable.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, email us at porcia.noir@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item you wish to return or exchange
  • The reason for the request
  • Clear photographs of the item, if requested

  • Our team will review your request and provide the next steps.

    Important

    Please do not send any item back before contacting PORCIA and receiving return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

    Items that do not meet our return conditions may be refused.

    Refunds

    Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed according to the applicable payment method and our refund policy.

    Exchanges

    Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative resolution.
