Returns

At PORCIA, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must be intact.
• Items that are damaged, altered, washed, or worn cannot be returned.
• A return request must be made within 2 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at porcia.noir@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide the return instructions.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after it has been processed.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be requested within 2 days of delivery, subject to product availability and eligibility under our return conditions..

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without original tags may not be eligible for return or refund.
